  We bought a washer and dryer with a warranty. Sears warranty division did all they could not to replace the dryer by lying, hanging up on my wife and I and rescheduling several service calls fraudulently by the technician who did want to come out as agreed. We have called the warranty toll-free call center for over NINE (9) months. However, we finally got the voucher for replacement, my wife went on Friday and selected the dryer. A delivery was scheduled for today between 12 Noon & 2pm. But, the delivery company not deliver the dryer, yet they marked it as delivered with a drop number. Therefore, I had to call this location and the toll free delivery number simultaneously to be told they are looking into it. The delivery Company is XPO in Houston, TX. Sears does not live up to their promises and I see why they are going broke. To have a warranty fulfillment falsely put off for months and then substandard follow-up after that fight is more than horrific. Stay away from all SEARS!
