  Wife's wedding band was in need of some serious repair, a small diamond had fallen out, and the rest of the mounts as he showed me were pretty bad shape. The owner is the guy you deal with, and he repairs things himself (I am pretty sure, I did not see him do it but got that impression). He quoted me a price for the work which was reasonable, and although it took a few days longer than he originally estimated the work was very good and the wife was very pleased. You won't find service like this at "big chain" jewelers I would bet. If you are looking for repairs, I would recommend this store.
