  My family and I have been loyal and faithful customers of Palais Royal/ Stage Stores for years. We offer frequent the 2650 Pearland Pkwy location because its close to home and up until tonight we have received exceptional customer service. However, tonight my daughter and i received unacceptable behavior that was to bad to even be called bad customer service. I am a Store Manager and would never under any circumstances permit such horrific treatment from anyone on my team. My daughter and I are both in the process of emailing the CEO of Stage Stores. The experience and treatment given to us by Lauren and Joyce was absolutely mortifying.
