  Just spoke to George over the phone about a gun I was trying to sell, I specifically said "I know you cannot give me an exact price, but I have a brand new firearm that has been shot 3 times and is in great condition, can you give me a ballpark so I am not driving all the way there and wasting my time?" He said "no" Funny thing is the next place I called gave me an idea of what I could get if the firearm was in the condition I specified. Nice job George, you just lost a sale and a potential long time customer!!

  Went here today on a tool & gun hunt. Not the first time in the store but a noteworthy visit because of the rude guy working here. Mr Red-Head Freckles is an a*s. Purchased 20 DVDs. Prices were great (hence the 2nd star) but several were scratched badly. I asked if there was an exchange if they didn't play and he proceeded to lecture me on what a great deal I was getting so I shouldn't ask for so much. A good deal on trash is money thrown away, Wise Guy. No courtesy was offered for my business after purchase only pushy hard-sell on other stuff. This shop is in a nice neighborhood where the surrounding clientele are decent people not in an area where people are looking for quick cash to score crack. You don't treat your customers like they're beneath you for asking questions. I think I'll find some place else.
