  Today I went to Mattress Firm across from WalMart on Broadway and couldn't have been happier with my service. When I walked in I was greeted by both Adrian and Josh. Adrian was my sales associate and made the process super easy! As a recent college graduate, this was my first "adult" purchase so it took a little time for me to make a decision. Adrian was sweet, patient and very knowledgeable about what mattress would be best and most comfortable for me. I never once felt pressured to make a decision quickly or to buy something out of my price range. I walked out feeling really excited about my purchase, and super relieved that my sleepless nights due to back pain are over!

  I took my father-n- law here to look for a mattress and we were greeted by a young lady named Adrian. She was very professional and knowledgeable about the different types of mattrresses they had available. I loved the fact that she was patient with my father-n-law when he could not make a decision on a mattress. She just smiled and explained the pros and cons of each one again. She made the experience enjoyable and pleasant. We did not feel rushed or forced to buy something. I would highly recommend this store if you are looking to buy a mattress. Ask for Adrian if you want to be treated like royalty!!
