  To anyone who wants to consign your stuff with Ellies Enchanted Closet in Pearland... Please READ!!! I'll admit my first experience with them was horrible. All my kids clothing were lost or "misplaced" as they would say it. I was real upset and the owner knew they had done wrong. So they tried to do right and gave me $100 store credit. I was expecting our 2nd child and didn't have any baby stuff so I used it for a swing and bouncer set. I thought wow they were really nice to do this and very quick to resolve this issue. So I continued to go and consign my kids clothing. Well I should have known better because over the last several months almost all the clothes that I have dropped off or "restocked" which meant they were going to add it to the next few months until it expired again were either sold for nothing OR mis-placed or now they say I never brought them any clothes. I called them yesterday and just said " yes can you please pull my clothes and I will be in to pick up". I never made it in so I went today and wow to my surprise not only did they not have any of the brand new 3 pc outfits that I had dropped off they didn't have anything expect 1 of the 2 baby carriers I had left. The owner was rude and had an attitude with me and then said she put a note on my account of not to accept anything from me. And I don't understand why since I never go in there but to drop stuff off and I only call to check on things and make sure they don't expire. I don't have time to stop by because I work a full time job and go to school full time and my husband works shift work so by the time I get to picking up my kids from my moms it's almost 10 pm. I put my faith in this owner to sell my stuff and know that she would do me right. Well she didn't, and she knew she was in the wrong and that's why she put do not accept items from me. That there just proved to me that she doesn't know what she is doing. I am really upset because i dont have time to track all of the items i brought to her and hoped she would run her store right. I highly suggest any of you ladies out there that take your stuff here find another trust worthy place, because now i am out of ALL the items i took in...
